 你的脊柱健康吗?

脊柱支撑着人体整个上半身的重量,是人身体的“支柱”,同时又是人体神经系统的控制中心和总干道,脊柱的健康状况与人们的生活质量息息相关。而现代人由于不良的工作和生活习惯,脊柱的健康状况已经岌岌可危。

什么样的脊柱才是健康的呢?        

    健康脊柱的形态从后面看应该是正直的、没有倾斜和弯曲的,从侧面看应该是曲度适中的。同时,生活中站坐行卧等运动中都不应该出现酸痛、僵硬等不适感,身体的活动应该是灵活自如的。

    但是,由于现代人生活方式的改变,我们的脊柱常常出现侧弯、含胸、弓背等姿势,或者有人经常感到颈部、腰背部僵硬酸痛,甚至有头晕四肢麻木等症状,这表明脊柱很可能已经发生了异常的变化,应该引起我们的警惕。

      脊柱问题出现的初期通常以肌肉劳损和小关节紊乱为主,如果没有得到及时有效的处理,很可能发展到椎间盘退行性变(例如腰间盘突出),此时的康复难度将大大增加,康复所需要的周期也将更长。一旦椎间盘出现问题,可能会一侧下肢放射痛,在喷嚏和咳嗽等腹压增高的情况下疼痛会加剧,严重者可出现大小便失控及双下肢不完全性瘫痪等症状。一些内脏器官疾病,甚至高血压都有可能与脊柱的病理变化有关。                        

                        

      我们有哪些方式可以检测出自己的脊柱是否有问题呢?下面这些简单的脊柱自我检测指标可以帮助大家自我评估一下,你的脊椎状态是否健康。                        

                        

                                一、脊柱的颈段和胸段:                        

                        

                                □不管用什么枕头,都不好睡。睡到一半易醒,醒了后很难再入睡。                        

                        

                                □常常有落枕现象。                        

                        

                                □肩颈经常酸痛,会不自觉的耸肩。                        

                        

                         □肩膀越来越举不起来。                        

                        

                         □肩胛骨两侧易感到酸痛。                        

                        

                         □工作时计算机不在视线正前方,颈部常往同一个方向转动。                        

                        

                                □偶尔感到心慌、气短,不能舒适的深呼吸。                        

                        

                                □身体好像越来越厚,被人说是虎背熊腰。                        

                        

                                □有圆肩、驼背的趋势。                        

                        

                                □容易感到疲惫,精神不易集中,体力越来越差。                        

                        

                                □颈、背部活动时发出“咔咔”的响声。                        

                        

                                □关节活动不灵活,肌肉和关节间有发紧发皱的感觉。                        

                        

                                □不时感到昏昏沉沉、头痛、头胀。                        

                        

                                □晨起抬头感到头晕、恶心、甚至呕吐。                        

                        

                                □不时感到手臂或手指发胀、发麻。                        

                        

                                                     

                        

                                二、脊柱的腰段:                        

                        

                                □走路时感觉双腿沉重,抬不起来。                        

                        

                                □常常腰酸,无法久站久坐。                        

                        

                                □晨起时腰部有僵硬感。                        

                        

                                □常常闪到腰。                        

                        

                                □站着的时候重心常倾向一边。                        

                        

                                □走路时有“外八字”或“内八字”。                        

                        

                                □鞋子没穿多久,后跟常被磨得高低不平。                        

                        

                                □常扭到脚,绊倒或踢到东西。                        

                        

                                □女性在生理期时,经痛、腰酸的感觉加重。                        

                        

                                □裙角或裤管会一直往一侧旋转。                        

                        

                                □下雨时,一边裤脚湿的严重或走路时容易踩到一边裤脚。                        

                        

                                □很努力运动瘦身,看起来也不胖,小腹却还是突出。                        

                        

                                □无论怎么运动,臀部还是很扁平。
